Code Of Conduct

As we help bring the power of insight to business decisions and to ensure that our Advisors are successful in contributing to that mission and have a positive and fulfilling experience in doing so, we have implemented this Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct applies to everyone at Advisor International.

We strive to exceed customer expectations. Advisor International is committed to delivering excellence to our customers in every interaction we have. We treat all our customers in a consistent and transparent way.

The standards herewith focus on ensuring that our Advisors avoid sharing or misusing confidential information, accurately represent their backgrounds and knowledge, and act with integrity and professionalism.

This Code of Conduct does not supersede the “Terms and Conditions”. As stated in the “Terms and Conditions”, Advisor International may, at its discretion, terminate or limit an individual’s membership in the Advisor International Network and Member Programs at any time and for any reason.

Advisor International Members who are employees of companies may not engage in consultation about their own company.

Advisor International Members who are employees of companies may not consult with known competitors of their company.

  • We never disclose any non-public information
  • We never disclose any confidential information
  • We never breach any duty of trust or confidence we owe to another person or entity
  • We never discuss substantive information relating to our current employer
  • We always comply with all laws, regulations, and policies that pertain to the consultation.
  • We never participate in a Consultation which could cause a conflict of interests or could cause us to breach any obligation we owe to a third party.
  • We never disclose to any third party the identity of any customer with which we consult, the subject matter of the consultation or any information which the customer provides to us.
  • We never trade in any securities based any information received from the customer – in the consultation or otherwise, and we will not disclose or offer to disclose any information to others for the purposes of facilitating trading in such securities.

Confidentiality

The standards below focus on ensuring that our Network Advisors avoid sharing or misusing confidential information, accurately represent their backgrounds and knowledge, and act with integrity and professionalism.

  • We never share confidential information including material non-public information with Advisor International or its customers, and do not accept projects that could result in breaching a duty owed to a current or former employer or other third party or which presents a possible conflict of interest.
  • We always keep client interests and information confidential.
  • We never discuss or disclose any Advisor International project or engagement or the identity of any customer to any third party.
  • Advisor International Network Members should terminate any project or engagement in the event they are uncomfortable with the nature of the client’s questions.
  • We never describe any project, engagement, or customer on any public forum, including our personal or company website, or on any social media platforms.
  • We never disclose, trade upon, or otherwise use information learned from Advisor International customer during a consultation.

We never disclose to any third party:

  • the identity of any Advisor International customers,
  • the subject of a Consultation with an Advisor International customers, or
  • the questions which an Advisor’s customers asks during a Consultation or any information which a customer provided to us during a Consultation.

Data Privacy:

  • We respect the privacy of our Advisors and ensure proper collection and use of personal data and hold those who handle such information accountable for its proper use.
  • We protect the security of personal data and maintain records in accordance with regulations.

Acurate Representation

The standards below focus on ensuring that our Network Advisors avoid sharing or misusing confidential information, accurately represent their backgrounds and knowledge, and act with integrity and professionalism.

  • We always provide accurate information about our qualifications, work experience, affiliations, and achievements, and we always keep this information up to date.
  • We never misrepresent our backgrounds or identities or intentionally mislead or deceive Advisor International or its Customers.
  • We never apply for or accept Advisor International project opportunities that are outside of our areas of expertise.
  • Advisors International Network Members are expected to present their own thoughts and insights, and only present third-party information with appropriate authorization and attribution.
  • Advisors International Network Members may not plagiarize or represent another individual’s or entity’s language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions, as their own when participating in an Advisor International consultation project.

Professionalism

The standards below focus on ensuring that our Network Advisors avoid sharing or misusing confidential information, accurately represent their backgrounds and knowledge, and act with integrity and professionalism.

  • We act and deliver with integrity
  • We strive to exceed customer expectations.
  • We respond to customer requests in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • We are committed to our customers, treating them in a consistent and transparent
    way.
  • Advisor International Network Members are expected to engage in a professional manner with Advisor International’s customers, employees, and other Network Members, and avoid using hostile, abusive or otherwise inappropriate language in oral or written communications with Advisor International or its Customers.
  • Under no circumstances should Advisor International Network Members engage in behaviour that might constitute discrimination or harassment, which includes making comments that denigrates or shows hostility toward a person based on their age, colour, disability, gender identity, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected under relevant law, making sexual advances, or engaging in conduct of a sexual nature.
  • We embrace Diversity and Equality; One of Advisor International’s strengths is the diversity of our advisors’ network. Advisors of many nationalities and backgrounds work together to achieve common objectives.
